A middle aged gentleman presented with a non healing wound over the medial aspect of right foot. he had an injury around 10 years ago in a road traffic accident, the wound healed secondarily. for the past two years there was repeated breakdown of the scar resulting in a non healing wound. He was managed in a single stage with excision of the non healing wound and skin grafting. his pictures are shown below.
